We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Yinson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and Compliance: Develop and implement a comprehensive audit program to ensure compliance with ISO, ISM, ISPS, and Flag State requirements. This includes planning and executing internal and external audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Contractor Management: Establish and maintain effective processes for contractor risk assessment, selection, qualification, and performance management to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement a risk management framework to identify, monitor, and manage project and operational risks effectively.
- Non-Conforming Outputs: Develop a process to identify, evaluate, and address non-conforming outputs within 30 days of issuance.
- Continual Improvement: Establish a framework for capturing innovative ideas, sharing knowledge, and leveraging insights from past experiences to enhance future performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Assess and manage customer satisfaction levels to ensure we meet the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers.
- Competency and Capability: Develop and maintain a competency and capability skills matrix to ensure our global Quality Assurance team has the necessary competencies and capabilities to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Legal and Other Requirements: Develop and implement a framework to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.
- Core Business Processes: Continuously optimize our core business processes for time, cost, and quality.
- Strategic Planning: Review, update, and submit for approval the QA Strategic plan annually to reflect the emerging needs of Yinson Production.
- Strategy Execution: Ensure direct reports are making commitments aligned with department goals and success measures.
- Performance Management: Coach, counsel, and performance manage direct reports to ensure they achieve their goals and measures of success.
- Resource Planning: Plan and schedule human resources to meet the organization's quality assurance goals and measures of success.
- On Time and On Budget: Ensure core business processes are in place and effective for delivering the company's products and services on time and within budget.
- Qualification in Science or Engineering.
- Lead Auditor qualified in ISO 9001, 45001, and Auditor qualified in ISM and ISPS.
- Root Cause Analysis certification (Desirable).
- Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher is preferred.
- 15 years heavy industry experience.
- Experience in Marine/Offshore Oil and Gas environments (Desirable).
