Job Title: Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality web applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce, and debug software issues ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from inception to delivery
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans for existing products and features
  • Collaborate with development teams to define testing protocols for new features
  • Provide additional cross-functional test support for team members
  • Develop detailed test scenarios from requirements and ensure thorough requirement traceability
  • Prepare and deliver detailed bug reports to the Engineering Team using project management tools
  • Produce clear documentation to share product and feature knowledge across the QA team and organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, with at least 2+ years in testing web applications
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, web technologies, and automation tools
  • Possession of solid knowledge in usability and accessibility
  • Experience working with combined web and mobile software projects
  • Experience contributing to an existing automation framework for maintenance and new feature coverage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a testing team
  • Experience working directly with developers, Product Managers, and Designers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity or experience with consumer networking hardware such as routers, switches, wireless access points
  • Knowledge or experience with mobile automation using Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Experience testing cloud APIs
