Implementations Accountant

About the Role
Carta is seeking an experienced Implementations Accountant to join our Fund Administration team. As an Implementations Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new fund clients into our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new fund clients to collect data and provide advisory support on accounting practices within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Liaise between sales and Fund Accounting teams to ensure seamless post-sales support
- Identify process improvements and communicate them to leadership
- Prepare accurate quarterly financial statements from unstructured client data
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong accounting analysis skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
