
Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As we expand our presence in Brazil, this role will play a key part in delivering exceptional client experiences.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Support translations and communications for Legal and Compliance departments.
- Manage contract workflows with Sales teams to meet deadlines.
- Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
- Provide corporate governance and secretarial support to the local Director.
- Coordinate external advisors when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
