Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As we expand our presence in Brazil, this role will play a key part in delivering exceptional client experiences.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Support translations and communications for Legal and Compliance departments.
  • Manage contract workflows with Sales teams to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Provide corporate governance and secretarial support to the local Director.
  • Coordinate external advisors when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
