About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product development professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects from planning to launch. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless alignment across Business, Technology, HX, Commercial, Customer Service, and Backoffice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development process, from conception to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize product improvements and new features within an agile environment.
  • Market and Customer Research: Conduct ongoing research to evaluate product acceptance and usage of features, providing actionable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor processes related to the sale and post-sale of products, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize quantitative KPIs and qualitative measures to monitor product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in product development and agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems, implement simple solutions, and coordinate among multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset focused on delivery, valuing humility and teamwork.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payments products, with a focus on PIX for PMEs.
  • Corporate Dynamics: Knowledge of corporate (Pessoa Jurídica) dynamics is highly desirable.
