Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our platform.
- Technical Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Renewals: Drive the renewal process to closure, working closely with the account team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- FinOps Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers, showcasing the value of our platform and highlighting cost savings, automation, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud computing and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an advantage.
