
Chief Bluebeam Technical Advisor

This role is centered around providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with Bluebeam products.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Key Users to understand their needs and issues.
- Coordinate and follow up with product vendors to resolve product-related bugs.
- Work closely with onsite leads to coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, and SLA.
- Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products like Revu Standard, Revu CAD, Revu Extreme, and other relevant applications.
- Strong understanding of Bluebeam product license administration and product assignments, installation, bug fixes.
- Hands-on experience in license Administration of various COTS applications from other vendors, also supported add-ins, plug-ins, and Civil CAD tools.
- Leadership and mentoring capacities.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to create license usage and denial reports, as well as budget allocation reports periodically.
- Working effectively with various stakeholders, such as network teams, AD teams, SCCM teams, Security Teams, and End User Computing Teams, to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues.
- Good knowledge in Linux Administration.
