About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to end-users, manage and audit IT assets, configure and deploy Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones, and oversee audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events.

Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields is preferred. Familiarity with Python and JavaScript programming languages is desired.

Experience working with end-users, intermediate English proficiency, and analytical thinking are essential for this position.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
