Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to design, build and deliver high-impact features for enterprise users.

\

This role involves owning features end-to-end, working across the stack and collaborating closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver high-quality software features that meet business requirements.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature alignment with company goals and objectives.\
  • Own feature development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support feature development and knowledge sharing.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve feature development.\
  • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of product roadmaps to align with business objectives.\
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow in their roles.\
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with feature development to ensure successful delivery.\
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.\
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.\
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and progress updates.\
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company quality expectations.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the success of the organization.
