Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Lead to spearhead the manufacturing engineering function. The successful candidate will drive strategic objectives, translate business needs into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance manufacturing capabilities, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to promote individual and collective growth.
  • Innovation: Identify areas for process improvement, implement lean principles, and drive innovation through technology adoption and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in production or engineering management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in two functional areas, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
  • Cross-functional Experience: Familiarity with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and CBS is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in minimum 2 languages, with English being mandatory.
