The role of a Pré Operative Accountant involves daily reconciliation of products using spreadsheets and automation tools, as well as manual entries when necessary. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
This accountant will be responsible for reconciling products, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and delivering regulatory documents on time. They will also assist in preparing control spreadsheets for accurate financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Accounting Education: A degree in Accounting is required for this position.
- Accounting Knowledge: Previous experience with accounting principles and spreadsheet software is essential.
- Daily Reconciliation: Utilize spreadsheets and automation tools for accurate and efficient product reconciliation.
- Transit Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile transit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manual Entries: Enter data manually when necessary, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Use automation tools for monthly reconciliation, streamlining processes and reducing errors.
- Regulatory Document Delivery: Provide timely delivery of regulatory documents on a daily, weekly, and biweekly basis.
- Control Spreadsheet Preparation: Assist in preparing control spreadsheets for accurate financial reporting.
