About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our Reading Subscriptions team at Amazon Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our subscription programs, Kindle Unlimited and Prime Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and/or own processes and mechanisms around Subscriptions Program and act as the main point of contact for support and trouble shooting related queries for Brazil.
  • Support and/or own local experimentation initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Own merchandising initiatives and work with international teams to ensure a high customer experience bar.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for program growth.
  • Create and execute a long and short-term marketing/traffic plans that speaks to seasonal marketing strategies as well as long-term objectives, by partnering with internal marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
