Job Summary

Acs Brasil Ltda is seeking a skilled Color Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing color formulations that meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of color theory and its application in paint formulation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new color formulations that meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct color evaluations and make recommendations for color adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that all color formulations are accurately recorded and maintained in our database.
  • Work closely with our quality control team to ensure that all paint products meet our quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. chemistry, materials science, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. paint formulation, color development, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of color theory and its application in paint formulation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
