Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Project Manager to lead the effective operational delivery of Strategic Customer projects for Digital Buildings and Digital Power Solutions at Schneider Electric - Global.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Accountable for all customer projects in execution, monitoring and maintaining overview status of all projects.
  2. Attends all SOC/S1/S2 meetings, critical project monthly reviews and REL reviews.
  3. Responsible for ensuring aligned execution approach, Engineering Standards, documentation etc. across all projects in the region.
  4. Ensures knowledge transfer / lessons learnt of execution issues to Schneider Electric teams.
  5. Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan.
  6. Work with the project management team in developing and managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Project Sponsor.
  7. Implement or ensure enforcement of change control over the project scope, schedule, resources and budget.
  8. Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team's scope of responsibility.
  9. Continually identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure.
  10. Monitor the project report and report the project status to the management on a regular basis.
  11. Support tender manager to build a competitive offer.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in the Project management of large and critical buildings with sub-contract installation packages.
  2. Leadership of project management teams.
  3. Experience in construction project management and Data Centre architecture, Life Sciences, Healthcare etc. (desirable).
  4. Experience with deployment of Digital Energy Offer including Energy Automation (BMS Operation / Power Operation / Power Scada Operation, EPAS/ Pacis) and / or WonderWare (Aveva System Platform).
  5. Experience with deployment of Digital Building & Power offers.
  6. Multi-language and multi-cultural working experience.
  7. Fluent English and Portuguese.
