Job Summary:
">We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with line management to provide targeted guidance and support organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
About This Role:
">You will work closely with management and employees to cultivate positive work relationships, enhance morale, drive productivity and retention, and foster proactive communication channels for effective issue resolution.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of legal requirements to mitigate risks
