Senior Nurse Leader Opportunity

This leadership position plays a critical role in the success of our healthcare organization. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for maintaining adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements and standards, ensuring exceptional standards of infection control practices, and managing quality assurance activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams. They will also have experience with data analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.

As a member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the care and services provided to our patients. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, making recommendations when needed, and serving as a member of established committees of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures
  • Manage quality assurance and related activities
  • Maintain adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements and standards
  • Ensure exceptional standards of infection control practices
  • Report and analyze data required for mandatory state reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles
