Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Pixel Art Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our design team, creating engaging and visually appealing game experiences.


About the Position:
  • Create Unique Pixel Art Assets:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design and create characters, backgrounds, and other game components using pixel art software such as Aseprite or Photoshop.


  • Collaborate with Design Team Members:

Work closely with the design team to bring to life smarter NPC clones, personal landing pages, servers, and gameplay elements, ensuring all assets contribute to the overall gaming experience.


  • Adapt Style to Fit Branding Guidelines:

Adapt your style to fit our branding and in-game aesthetics, incorporating visual consistency throughout the game.


  • Level Design and Development:

Collaborate with the team to design and create interactive environments within the game, implementing pixel graphics that enhance gameplay.


  • Review and Revision Process:

Revisit and modify assets as per optimization needs or design feedback, adapting designs as the game evolves over time.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:

Proven experience as a Pixel Artist or in a similar role within game design, proficiency in pixel art software, and demonstrable ability to create characters, UI elements, and environments in pixel art.


  • Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially within a remote team, flexibility and capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, high attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work in every art piece created.


  • Mentality and Approach:

Passion for creating engaging and visually appealing game experiences, proactive problem-solving mindset, and drive to continually study, improve, and explore new styles and techniques in pixel art.
