Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to drive business success by designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in system design, software development, and engineering operations, with a strong focus on modern technology stacks, JavaScript, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's technology architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging modern technology stacks, including JavaScript frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and other technical professionals to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, ensuring best practices, code patterns, and high-quality standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with other company stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive product development and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to optimize engineering operations and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the technology industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making and solution development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in system design, with a strong capability to implement it effectively across modern technology stacks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Node.js).
  • Experience with code patterns and their application in software architecture.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and launching innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
