Well Construction Maintenance Expert

We are seeking an experienced maintenance team lead to oversee our well construction and production operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and conditions for operation execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the maintenance team in their daily activities.
- Guide and supervise maintenance services at our bases and in the field when necessary.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
- Regular situation with the CFT or CREA.
- Proven experience in field operations and equipment maintenance (preferable).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
- Experience motivating and leading a team.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese and excellent communication skills.
This role requires working on-site with our customers in various locations across the region. You will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns.
