Administrative Support Specialist

This role provides administrative and logistical support to project teams, ensuring projects are well-organized, on schedule, and aligned with expectations.
- Manage documentation workflows, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support project controls
- Independently manage the administrative execution of assigned projects to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations
- Prepare and coordinate complex project documentation such as bid packages, technical specifications, and RFIs
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or project management roles. They should possess proven knowledge of construction administration and project lifecycle phases, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
As a Project Administrator, you will contribute to process improvements and assist in risk identification through data analysis and documentation review. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of project administration tools, templates, and workflows to improve team efficiency and consistency.
