Your Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven platforms (chat + image generation).
  • Shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the team toward high-impact deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of AI industry trends, ensuring we're always two steps ahead of competitors.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and maintain a sharp backlog.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into actionable tasks.
  • Propose, launch, and analyze A/B tests to drive growth, retention, and monetization.
  • Gather feedback and turn insights into product improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and platform rules while fostering innovation.
  • Track performance using analytics dashboards and AI-specific monitoring.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years leading agile product teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing AI-based platforms, preferably with adult content expertise.
  • Strong grasp of software development and AI fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to launch scalable products and iterate quickly when necessary.
  • Experience with marketing and monetization strategies in digital platforms.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
