Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst / Product Owner at ScrumLaunch, you will play a pivotal role in driving product success through comprehensive analysis and strategic planning. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collect and document requirements from clients and end-users.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations.
  • Examine and document business processes and workflows.

Product Oversight:
  • Establish and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prioritize product features and oversee the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product specifications and user stories.

User Experience and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that the product meets specified requirements.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are advantageous.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing software products from inception to launch.

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Fundamental understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
