Decision Group is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the first Brazilian entity on a global instance, defining accounting rules and multi-org access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business financial requirements, including accounting rules, chart of accounts creation, and reports.
- Provide solutions to customer needs, ensuring compliance with Brazil's legal requirements.
- Map customer's month-end closing process and plan its implementation on Oracle R12.
- Assess legal requirements and impacts for annual reports (ECD/ECF) and integration with legacy systems.
- Work closely with PTP, OTC, and Manufacturing teams to map business processes and their effects on accounting.
- Identify Brazil's legal requirements and understand how localization extensions work.
Requirements:
- English knowledge and Oracle Financials knowledge (Pay PTP).
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Good understanding of SQL and experience with test plans and test scripts.
- Oracle technical knowledge.
