Job Summary

A leading technology firm requires a skilled Security Compliance Analyst to maintain and improve its Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) program. This individual will oversee GRC tools, collaborate with stakeholders for audit readiness, and drive automation of compliance workflows.

The Role

This analyst will be responsible for administering GRC tools, managing their infrastructure, and collaborating on evidence collection. The role also involves maintaining the IT and Cybersecurity risk registry, compliance frameworks, and control mapping.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage GRC tools and their infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on evidence collection and audit readiness.
  • Maintain the IT and Cybersecurity risk registry.
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and control mapping.
  • Support internal assessments and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate to automate compliance tasks.
  • Oversee third-party vendor risk and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in main compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI, SOC 2, ISO, LGPD, GDPR).
  • Experience working with GRC platforms.
  • Strong documentation, process, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting and automation.
  • Linux experience.
  • Team-oriented and highly organized.
  • English proficiency for full technical communication.
