Executive Director - Corporate Affairs

This executive director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's presence in the market.

  • Effectively represent corporate interests to government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
  • Engage with diverse groups through dialogue, ensuring their needs are acknowledged and addressed.
  • Lead cross-functional projects including crisis management, brand promotion, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Promote corporate discourse, conveying business values and strategies while generating visibility for the company's unique offerings and achievements.
  • Manage Sustainability and Social Responsibility area, enhancing corporate image and creating value for society, environment, and market.
  • Advise executives on strategic moves to ensure success, providing a comprehensive perspective on business affairs.
  • Culturally communicate with various departments including PR, HR, research, development, sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Monitor and direct change, identifying trends and directing movements within the company to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide financial insight by combining knowledge and research into intelligent pricing policies, leveraging access to company finances and public perception.
Requirements
  • Leadership or senior management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining cordial and diplomatic relations.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment requiring accurate judgment, responses, and exceptional managerial and leadership skills.
  • Good command of oral and written English language.
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making skills, and personal credibility.
