Job Title: Digital Experience Strategist
",We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and utilization of our digital solutions.
",Key Responsibilities:
",• Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
",• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and adoption of our digital solutions.
",• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
",Requirements:
",• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
",• Strong understanding of digital solutions and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
",• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
",Preferred Qualifications:
",• Experience working with Adobe solutions.
",• Advanced knowledge of one or more key digital media workflows.
