Android Software Engineering Position

This full-time role is centered around collaborating with cross-functional teams to build cutting-edge Android applications using Kotlin. As an experienced software engineer, you will work on a wide range of projects that involve integrating various libraries, frameworks, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Android SDK, its components, and modern app architecture patterns such as MVVM. They should also have hands-on experience with Jetpack libraries like Compose and RESTful API integration.

Key qualifications include proficiency in writing unit tests, working with CI/CD pipelines, and being comfortable with Git version control workflows and collaborative development practices.

In addition, we seek candidates who are familiar with dependency injection (e.g., Hilt, Dagger) and tools like Firebase, crash reporting, and mobile analytics. A positive mindset, ability to take ownership over their work, and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience
  • Advanced English required
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree required
  • Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin
  • Strong understanding of the Android SDK, components, and modern app architecture patterns such as MVVM (or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack libraries such as Compose and RESTful API integration
  • Proficient in writing unit tests and working with CI/CD pipelines for Android apps
  • Comfortable with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices
  • Familiar with dependency injection (e.g., Hilt, Dagger) and tools like Firebase, crash reporting, and mobile analytics
