Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for global businesses.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building multi-agent AI systems, as well as experience with production-grade agentic backends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques, and contributing across the full agent execution cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build complex AI systems using advanced algorithms and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines using RAG architecture.
  • Apply expert-level knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, and context management to drive business results.
  • Lead model fine-tuning and development of AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with international teams and partners to design and implement technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist).
  • Strong expertise in building multi-agent systems and production-grade agentic backends.
  • Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle, including knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
  • Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.
  • Resides in LATAM.
Nice to Have
  • Solid understanding of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms.
  • Experience across the entire AI development cycle, from data discovery and exploratory analysis to model development, testing, pipeline creation, and MLOps.
  • Background working in Azure-based MLOps workflows.
  • Experience working in start-up or fast-paced environments.
  • React 18 - 19.
