Cybersecurity Solutions Advisor

Job Title: Field CISO Advisor

Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with ESET customer CISOs and other stakeholders to operationalize their cybersecurity strategies and programs. Your expertise will be essential in providing executive-level guidance and serving as a primary cybersecurity expert point of contact.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with large corporate customers and institutions as a CISO counterpart and second opinion cybersecurity expert.
• Develop and maintain complex cybersecurity solutions in hybrid/multivendor environments, working with senior account managers and country leads.
• Lead customer discussions to define, structure, and scope cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs.
• Drive business opportunities and customer discussions to increase ESET technology platform adoption.
• Persuade customer CISOs to adopt ESET solutions, providing arguments and case studies to influence stakeholder decisions.
• Conduct technical pre-sales workshops, Proof of Concept, and other pre-sales activities to justify solution value.
• Respond to and deliver RfX technical documents and materials when required.
• Collaborate with customers to leverage ESET technology, products, and services.
• Work with Global CS Services, Delivery, and Market Offering Lead organizations to ensure customer value creation.
• Perform conceptual, systemic, creative, and methodical activities.
• Carry out other tasks according to management instructions.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in IT or cybersecurity.
• 15+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably as a CISO or CISO advisor.
• Track record of building and delivering corporate cybersecurity programs with complex solutions.
• Experience with different cybersecurity vendors and technologies.
