About the Role:
  • We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to ensure compliance with customer requirements, lead internal and external audits, implement quality tools, and drive cultural transformation towards excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Autoliv (ALV) quality standards and be able to improve KPIs, focusing on TNQC, customer scorecard improvement, and alignment with global best practices.
  • This role involves developing and mentoring team members, leading cross-department follow-ups, benchmarking with other sites, and managing quality projects to achieve consistent performance and sustainable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and project management.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on cultural transformation, KPI improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
