In this exciting opportunity as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps re-invent the way knowledge professionals work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the elicitation and documentation of business requirements, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Outlining improvements and revisions for low complexity or standard business processes, working closely with more experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
- Translating basic or low complexity business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Salesforce to drive business growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Using a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Adhering to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our services.
- Liaising between business and technology teams to ensure seamless change management and communication of change to the team, for low complexity projects.
- Implementing improvements to process or product as directed by management, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce best practices.
- Developing a basic awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services, including a basic understanding of how technical solutions impact the business.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Junior Salesforce Administrator if you:
- Have a Salesforce certification, demonstrating your expertise in the platform.
- Have experience with migration between ORGs and Salesforce, showcasing your ability to drive business growth.
- Have advanced English skills, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Have knowledge of Zuora, a plus in this role, but not required.
