We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a part-time associate.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking goods, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, put trays in racks, push racks to oven, and bake goods.
  • Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label baked goods, clean display cases, and put fresh goods into cases.
  • Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, and equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical demands for this position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
Working Conditions:
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum effort.
  • Lift/carry: 50 pounds.
  • Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%.
