Early Phase Clinical Research Project Coordinator

The role of a Clinical Research Project Coordinator is to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of assigned early-phase clinical research projects. This includes operational management and oversight of clinical investigative sites as well as clinical monitoring deliverables for trials.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating tasks and deadlines between departments involved in the project
- Overseeing project coordinators and ensuring correct prioritization of site activation activities amongst team members
- Interacting with vendor management to ensure timely coordination of vendor supplies and services
- Escalating site activation timelines when at risk or unachievable
- Managing quality of assigned work and deliverables
- Providing project status updates to external and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with study budget, project scope, and timelines, as well as standard operating procedures, good clinical practices, regulatory, and study-specific requirements
