About the Role
  • Design and develop scalable applications using backend technologies.
  • Implement secure coding practices, including encryption and input validation.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with customer value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications in an agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and coding best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: Experience with event-based architecture or Golang.
