Data Product Analyst Job Description

At Shape Digital, we're seeking a skilled Data Product Analyst to join our team. As a Data Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective development of data products that meet the needs of our customers, development team, and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and communicate data product releases to customers and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with customers and internal employees to meet customer and company needs;
  • Work with internal stakeholders and users to analyze data and obtain relevant results;
  • Support process analysis, diagnosis, problem framing, results analysis, modeling, and tuning;
  • Identify improvement opportunities to generate value for our customers;
  • Monitor routine activities with high predictability and short-term impact;
  • Monitor support demands;
Requirements:
  • Residency in Rio de Janeiro (Hybrid Work Model);
  • Graduation in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics);
  • Experience in industrial environments;
  • Knowledge of Agile culture;
  • Experience with data science projects;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of Python, experience with project or product management roles, knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma;
