We are seeking a strategic Marketing Associate to help drive long-term growth through innovative marketing strategies.
About the Role- Email and SMS Marketing:
- Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns to improve retention and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance customer experience through targeted messaging.
- Implement A/B tests and performance enhancements to boost open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Retention Strategy and Project Management:
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Execute and project manage homepage updates, lifecycle experiments, and new retention channel tests.
- Identify customer lifecycle gaps and propose solutions rooted in data.
- Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain dashboards and interpret findings to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with creative teams to deliver on-brand, high-converting messaging.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment across product pushes and onsite experience.
