Subsea Production Systems Proposals Lead

About the Role:

This challenging position involves driving our Capture Plan strategy, aligning product offerings with execution strategies, and coordinating inputs for proposals and approvals.

  • Anchoring our Capture Plan strategy by standardizing/preferred product offerings and execution strategies, linking them to Product Line Fulfilment Centers, and coordinating all necessary inputs to our proposals and gaining required approvals.
  • Providing support to Product Line initiatives and contributing to the development of Fulfilment Center execution strategy, owning the Bid to Execute process governance.
  • Driving Costing & Engineering teams for all relevant Product Line inputs to a pursuit, ensuring alignment to proposals requirements, bidding strategy etc.
  • Enhancing closer alignment of our offerings across the system, partnering with the Engineering and Systems & Technology groups.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies, and interacting with key stakeholders as required to ensure they are adequately socialized and managed.
  • Supporting and providing input into price benchmarking process (cost benchmarking owned by costing CoE).
  • Advising on commercial matters that could influence the bid strategy and supporting the Sales and Commercial team in delivering the proposal in accordance with the agreed strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or other technical or business-related field.
  2. Proven experience in SPS within: commercial proposals, Sales, Contracts, Project Management, Sourcing, Finance, or Cost Estimation.
  3. Able to mobilize, influence, and lead cross-functional teams to execute a complex pursuit strategy.
  4. Deep domain knowledge of Subsea industry environment and market participants.
  5. Strong knowledge and experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and pricing.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong ability to present clearly to Senior Leaders.
  7. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
