Hotel Maintenance Technician

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about maintaining top-notch facilities? We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working condition. They will also provide exceptional customer service to our guests and work closely with the Engineering Department to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily checks on hotel rooms and public areas to identify any maintenance issues or needed repairs.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns regarding maintenance and repair issues.
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering Team to prioritize and complete projects and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Certificate in Engineering or a related field, an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
