Your Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable, testable, and secure systems using modern development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions
- Work hands-on with Siemens Polarion ALM for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance
- Apply knowledge of system architectures, NFRs, and ALM-PLM integration to drive software development
- Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning
- Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software
- 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, Java, or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability)
- Understanding of system architectures, NFRs, and ALM-PLM integration
- Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC
- Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design
