The ideal candidate will develop relationships with smart home stores, wholesalers and retailers to negotiate product references, monitor stock levels and implement promotional operations to boost sales. Regular store visits will be conducted to assess product visibility and user experience.

  1. Maintain a steady growth of customers and sales orders through effective negotiation and relationship building.
  2. Understand customer needs by visiting them regularly, resolve issues promptly and support business growth through actionable insights.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition to drive informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. A significant commercial training completion and a Bachelor's degree are required for this role.
  2. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales channels for CCTV security equipment, cameras and smart home products with strong customer relationships.
  3. Familiarity with sales channels for smart digital door locks and customer relationships is also essential.
  4. Knowledge of IT sales channels preferably with retail sales experience is desirable.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this position.
