Job Title: Senior Functional Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at Ball Corporation. As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in eliciting future systems requirements to analyze, design, and implement business solutions for complex business problems.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Configure, develop, test, monitor, and support changes and enhancements to applications systems.
  • Identify innovative business solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio.
  • Closely cooperate with third-party vendors, including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants.
  • Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new business systems and modules.
  • Support all phases of the SDLC (software development life cycle).

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and experience working in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Broad training in a related field, usually acquired through education or work experience.
  • Job-related experience in HR, Payroll, IT, or similar environments.
  • Work collaboratively across departments as well as with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Advanced level of Excel mandatory.
  • Fluent English language.
