Service Delivery Manager

Airswift is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to work on a permanent contract with a major Maintenance and repair of vessels and floating structures company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Department Management: Manage the company's Service Department in the country, including the team of onshore/offshore technicians and service planners;
  2. Client Relations: Responsible for maintaining contact and negotiating with clients, ensuring a high level of quality and safety in services, in accordance with company policy;
  3. Scheduling and Resource Management: Managing the technicians' schedules in such a way as to maximize their use in the services, as well as the equipment and tools required;
  4. Service Approval and Invoicing: Ensuring that the services carried out are duly approved by the clients, allowing invoices to be issued by the Finance Department;
  5. Financial Performance: Ensuring that the financial performance of the services is carried out in accordance with the budget defined by the Commercial Department and the contracts in force;
  6. Revenue and Profitability: Ensuring that the financial objectives of revenue and profitability defined in the annual budget are achieved;
  7. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interacting with the other areas of the company, allowing for an alignment of objectives in order to maximize the company's performance;
  8. Global Technical Support: Being the focal point with all the company's other technical service areas at the head office and around the world;
  9. Compliance and Procedure Management: Ensuring compliance with operating procedures and QHSE policies;
  10. Procedure Access and Performance Monitoring: Coordinating access for all technical and administrative staff to updated procedures issued by the company's headquarters;
  11. Team Performance Indicators: Defining and monitoring the achievement of team performance indicators (KPIs);

Requirements:

  1. Education: Full degree in Engineering, in the Mechanical, Naval or Production specialties;
  2. Experience: Previous experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Maritime markets;
  3. Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English mandatory;
  4. Cultural Competence: Proven experience of working in a multicultural environment, in an international organization;
  5. Key Skills: Strong skills in customer service, service project management and quality assurance;
  6. Team Leadership: Strong ability to work as part of a team, leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams;
