Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Request.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP web services, Java scripting, and other technologies.
- Design and implement ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) processes, including Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and performance analytics.
- Design and implement custom processes, integrations, and applications using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITBM and reporting.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and support.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, including LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, and other technologies.
- Domain separation implementation and data segregation experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrate awareness of ServiceNow best practices.
- Ability to lead and manage a global team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
