Enterprise Innovation Manager

This role involves overseeing the strategic development and implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives nationwide, with a focus on advancing business innovation, entrepreneurship education, and venture creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute national entrepreneurship programs to drive impactful outcomes for participants.
  • Collaborate with regional centers and faculty to support local entrepreneurship center development, student programming, and partnership cultivation.
  • Provide guidance to entrepreneurship centers and incubators on program design, student engagement, and partnership growth.
  • Align national programs with institutional goals and impact metrics.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships with corporate, nonprofit, government, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the national center and entrepreneurship leaders at participating institutions and partnering organizations.
  • Represent the organization at national conferences, summits, and convenings.
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with national and campus-based teams.
  • Assist in the management and supervision of National Center staff.
Core Competencies:
  • Relevant leadership experience in a complex environment.
  • Ability to manage a network of strategic partners and build relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Skilled in planning work, analysis, initiative, and resourcefulness.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, or economic development.
