Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Analyst at 4flow, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of iTMS projects by taking ownership of dedicated working packages, including the implementation of processes, services, and software.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, network design, and optimization, as well as the ability to apply your working knowledge and drive changes to internal and external processes.
  • You will play a key role within the account team and your work will be vital to the success of the account.
  • Responsibilities include performing process design and alignment with customer teams, evaluating master data quality, and preparing data sets for iTMS uploads.
  • You will also conduct process and IT trainings with key stakeholders, align reporting requirements, and set up dashboards.
  • Additionally, you will participate in internal knowledge management and the 4flow training and development program.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field of study, preferably with a major in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Some practical experience in transportation, materials planning, or supply chain management through internships or other means.
  • Knowledge in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/PowerApps).
  • Project management experience and comfort level working in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of competence in systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
