Compliance Expert

Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Expert to oversee our compliance program across the Latin America region. This role will involve engaging business leaders and managers to drive culture, increase employee engagement, and facilitate strategic risk management.

• Design and implement compliance strategy for the Latin America Power business
• Collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to drive leadership engagement and host Compliance Review Boards
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to address compliance risks
• Conduct site visits to support implementation of compliance culture, processes, and controls
• Review and evaluate laws and regulations impacting the businesses in Latin America
• Provide business-level support on Compliance Enterprise Standards, training, communications, monitoring outcomes, and data analytics requests

• Strong understanding of industry regulations and internal policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to influence culture and increase employee engagement
• Strategic risk management experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
