About the Role

CHEP is a global leader in the supply chain and logistics industry, with a presence in over 55 countries and a team of 11,000 employees. As an HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR projects, policies, and procedures to align with business objectives;
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data;
  • Administer employee benefits and conduct climate surveys to identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management;
  • Identify and address HR-related issues and concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with the HRBP Brazil to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives;
  • Support the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role;
  • Superior degree in HR, Administration, or a related field;
  • Intermediate level of English or Spanish;
  • ERP experience, preferably in Workday, SAP, or Concur;
  • Auditing and certification in HR;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
