About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at RecargaPay, a leading digital payments company in Brazil. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us map and understand new improvements for our team, ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Requirements Definition: Develop a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem and be able to identify and communicate the impact of features and product releases across the product.
  • Agile Methodology: Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including functionalities, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and partner areas through fluid communication, and work closely with the Product and engineering teams.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Measure and monitor product metrics, provide actionable insights to help the product team understand trends, market dynamics, and user behaviors.
  • Experimentation: Design A/B experiments to guide product direction with iterative innovation and measurement.
  • Data Analysis: Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, and long-term trend investigations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Work experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with experience in Digital Payments and experience with Pix payment arrangement and BACEN documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of BI/Reporting tools, ability to work with minimal supervision to strategically prioritize responsibilities with good judgment, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
