Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Manager for Latin America

Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Senior Marketing Manager for Latin America, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts in the region, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned countries, including strategies and tactics to drive business growth and market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Drive the event strategy for the region, aligning with local dynamics and EU event strategy, and identifying new growth opportunities within the HCP segments.
  • Implement locally the Therapy Development initiatives and Economic Value campaigns, ensuring strong launch execution and contributing to the establishment of the vision, strategy, and objectives of the THV division in large-sized countries.
  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and analytics, including market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement, and other relevant factors.
  • Support local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Healthcare industry experience required (pharma or medical devices).
  • Extensive progressive marketing knowledge.
  • Fluency in English obligatory and intermediate Spanish.
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time.

  • Extensive understanding of broad market research designs, develops market research programs coordinating with the global VOC manager, and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of commercial goals behind research.
  • Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition, and changing market dynamics.
  • Ability to assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics.
  • Possess strong clinical knowledge, experience, and understanding of the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represents leadership on projects within a specific area, working closely with cross-functional teams, marketing peers, and leaders, managing needs and messaging to upper management.
  • Consult in project setting within specific marketing area.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
