Role Overview:

Netcracker Technology is seeking an Integration Solutions Architect to define and oversee the integration scope, methodology, and implementation strategy for projects. You will manage the end-to-end solution and ensure alignment with the integration strategy. This role involves communicating technical directions and providing support to Business Analysts and Implementation Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and Netcracker's architecture and implementation teams to establish the architectural framework, data design, and high-level integration interfaces for projects, ensuring that project objectives are met within designated timelines and standards.
  • Work alongside project implementation teams to analyze, design, enhance, and execute critical enterprise-level integrations, achieving program goals.
  • Design, document, and advocate for the use of suitable integration technologies, APIs, standards, and enhancements.
  • Effectively capture and communicate essential architectural components to assigned teams through engaging presentations and comprehensive documentation.
  • Review project charters to assess technical feasibility and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with implementation and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to Proof of Concept initiatives and research emerging technologies.
  • Ensure comprehensive integration of the overall solution, both internally and externally.
  • Assist in evaluating various integration design options and recommend the most suitable solutions for project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the field, including 4+ years in a managerial capacity and 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise information systems or a related combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in Integration Architecture, particularly in organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience across IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, integration management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
  • Practical experience in end-to-end cloud-native application delivery to public and/or private cloud environments.
  • Experience with telecommunications projects and a strong understanding of B/OSS applications and integration scenarios.
  • Proven ability to communicate and draft strategic documents, deliver presentations to internal business leaders and clients, and facilitate discussions that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in API design, including technical specifications for integration agreements, HTTP, SOAP, REST API, YANG, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience in messaging design, including integration agreements for system communications based on Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes principles.
  • Strong grasp of data models.
  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of industry SDOs and Open Source API design frameworks, best practices, and API design guidelines (such as TMF Frameworx, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment.

Education:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Software Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree in Telecommunications is an advantage.
